Floor Three Residences
Calm, private residences a short lift ride from the lobby. Ideal for business travellers who want to be out the door and into the city quickly.
Floor Four Residences
Balanced light and privacy for couples and small families, with open living areas and full kitchens for relaxed evenings in.
Floor Five Residences
The highest residences in the building, with elevated city views and a quieter feel. A natural choice for longer stays of up to ten nights.
The Penthouse
Our signature residence at the top of White House, with generous living spaces, panoramic views and direct access to the open rooftop terrace, which can be reserved for private occasions.

White House is privately owned and personally overseen. These few house rules keep it calm, safe and exclusive for every guest.

How many residences does White House have?
White House has 18 private residences across the third, fourth and fifth floors, plus one penthouse on the rooftop level with its own open terrace.
What is included in every residence?
Furniture throughout, air conditioning, a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a kitchen with gas and induction hobs, a refrigerator, a water purifier, a washing machine, fresh linen and towels, and daily housekeeping on request.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged subject to availability.
Can I host an event in my residence?
Residences are for private stays only. Gatherings, dinners and celebrations can be held on the rooftop terrace by prior arrangement with our concierge.
Is the penthouse available for short stays?
Yes. The penthouse can be reserved for 1 to 10 nights and can be combined with private use of the rooftop terrace for events.
